PE vs HF employee satisfaction
interesting trend I have noticed after being fairly active on this site in banking and pe. lots of hate on PE and how much worse the job is than people thought vs. on the HF forum there is much much less of this open disdain for own's career. wonder if this is just a factor of folks in HF being a bit older / mature on average or just how much process work in PE drains folks and disillusions the ill prepared
