What TC have you gotten after your two year associate program if you leave PE? Looking at strategic finance and biz ops roles and they’re coming in much lower than I originally thought

~160 base with 20-25k in rsu
I would expect the same base as ASO or Sr. ASO, and then your bonus goes from 100%+ of base down to like…10-20%? TC anywhere from 180-250 incl. bonus/equity is probably where people fall. Wide range I know.
Yeah I’m seeing ~$180 in nyc which seems very low and steep drop from current comp ..
