Looking for any insight into the recruitment process for Private Equity Analyst Programs. I will be interning in NYC this summer at a BB and was hoping to get a better understanding of how the recruitment process worked for some of the more respected PE shops. Are most/all the spots filled by summer analysts or are most filled by BB/EB interns? Any help would be appreciated.
No I am not already looking to jump ship or something of the sort. Very excited about my summer analyst experience. Just information gathering
