Private Equity - Firms Downsizing VS Firms Expanding
Curious to hear what people are seeing in terms of firms that have actively been downsizing, forcing people out, or have seen a lot of attrition due to cultural factors etc. (these of course are not mutually exclusive) vs. firms that have been actively expanding and recruiting - ideally in the Sr. Associate or VP levels.
Downsizing - carlyle, onex, apollo, centerbridge, ares, marlin, american securities
Centerbridge, THL, Ares, Charlesbank
Generally a lot of the “Climate” or “Energy Transition” firms are in a bad spot
Shocker
