I didn't participate in 2019's on cycle recruiting process that began in Dec 2018 because I didn't feel ready. But I was just approached by a couple of headhunters on a few PE opportunities starting in summer 2019. Are these usually smaller funds? Or vacancies that were not filled from the December round?
