Public Investment Fund (PIF)

Just got an offer from the Public Investment Fund of Saudi Arabia recently. Anyone has any clue about the work-life balance, work culture of the firm? Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!!!

Let us know how it is, sounds like it could be a cool opportunity. Are you Saudi? I would imagine that it would heavily lean that way, kind of like ADIA

If this is true it sounds like the best gig ever. Network your face off, deliver some good results and you'll be set for life. Having the Saudi boys club in your network makes you one phone call away from being able to raise serious $ for future projects, clients, or your own business.

I’ve heard it’s a place full of folks who don’t know how investing works...nobody in the investing world  takes em seriously

but as an expat u can make some dough quickly ...however no real job security there — expect to be supplanted by a Saudi in a year or so

Did you end up taking the offer? Any comments on team quality/ culture/ deals? Thanks!
