Looking for some good sources of historical / standard returns for real estate PE funds by style (And, ideally, size/vintage). Not finding the best information of preqin or on searching through google scholar for academic papers. Maybe this team knows a source ? Looking for:
Geography: Domestic US
Variables: Fund Size Leverage Returns (Levered v. Unlevered) Fund Vintage Returns by year
*Core RE *Core+ RE *Core Infra *Real Return *RE Opportunistic *RE Value Add
