re-recruiting/FT recruiting for PE
im an incoming at top IB (GS/MS/JPM). want to exit into PE ASAP. Should i target full-time recruiting for PE (like recruit during my SA for different full time), or should I do on-cycle recruiting? can i do both recruiting cycles if I strike out of re-recruiting? what are the timelines for both. don't know much here, so would appreciate any insight!
