Recommended HH for PE?

Hey y'all. New here. Just wanted to know where you get info on HH or which HH have given positive results. Not really familiar with all this so would appreciate some help and guidance.

Cheers.

HHs reach out to you for different roles. You don't "choose" one as its less placement and more free-for-all based on who represents what firms. Usually its an exclusive agreement for the positions being filled at the junior roles (meaning only one HH will service one firm for associate roles). There's a thread (called 2022 HH rankings, I think) that's really good breakdown of which HHs represent what firms and what working with each is like.
