REPE Final Round Interview (Investments)

Hi All,

I have a final round interview with a Canadian REPE fund coming up (KingSett, Starlight, Hazelview, Alignvest). I was just wondering what these interviews typically look like and what to expect in them?

Hey there,

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the final round interview for a REPE fund typically involves a blend of technical and behavioral questions. Here's a general outline of the process:

1) Phone Screen 2) In-Person Superday Interview (blend of technical and behavioral) 3) A select few will be invited in for a 3-hour case study (to make sure that you walk the walk and talk the talk) 4) Final candidates will be invited again to present the case 5) Final round (usually meant to meet the Head to get the checkmark from him/her)

It's important to note that this process can vary between firms, but this is a common structure. As for the final round, it's often a chance for the higher-ups to meet you and give their approval. It's less about grilling you on technicals and more about seeing if you're a good fit for the team.

Remember, confidence is key! And don't be the person who talks a big game but can't back it up in the case study. Good luck, you've got this!
