Restaurant PE. Why?
Roark has been hugely successful in this space, and a few others have done well. However, it seems remarkably challenging to succeed in the resultant business, especially in this day in age. Why do LPs bother investing in this strategy? CapitalSpring seems to access the market as a debt investor.
