Review of FDD
What is the best way to review a Vendor FDD that a Big Four has prepared for one of the portfolio companies that you are selling? How can you make sure you do a good review?
On the other hand, what is the best way to review a buyside FDD that a Big Four has prepared for you?
(The answer might be the same but I wanted to provide both questions just in case there would be any difference)
