Rubicon Technology Partners - Thoughts/Views?

Seems like a fairly large LMM tech fund for being headquartered in Boulder, CO. Senior leadership seems to have a solid pedigree but information on culture/comp/recruiting is light. Does anyone here have any insights or knowledge on this fund and which head hunter covers them?

Can’t give a ton of detail but have worked on the bank side with them.

People are smart, much more so than other funds of similar size who I’ve interacted with. From the anecdotal deals I’ve seen from my bank, returns are very impressive.

No clue on comp, but from the handful of their companies I’ve seen that have returned 10x so someone there is getting paid a lot, just no clue if it makes it down to the junior level
