Salary at SWFs in the Middle East

Hi,

Has anyone actual salary numbers (fix, bonus, allowances) for SWFs in the Middle East? (e.g. ADIA, Mubadala, QIA etc.). I am interested in associate salary. Can‘t really find numbers here or just huge ranges.

Thanks!

Hey there! Based on the most helpful WSO content, the pay at these places is good but not necessarily better than any decent MM shop in the US. For an associate, you're looking at around $250k all in, with Mubadala being a bit lower. If you're a US citizen, you'll still need to pay US taxes on your income, but your effective rate might drop a bit. If you're not a US citizen, then that's $250k tax-free, which is pretty fantastic. Remember, these numbers can vary and it's always a good idea to do some additional research or reach out to people in the industry for the most accurate information. Hope this helps!
