Should I wait more?

Hi all. I need some help with my situation.

Abt 2 wks ago, I got a recommendation for a position at PE (SWF) , so I reached the person in charge. He kindly explained me regarding JD. I sent my CV and shortly after, I got replied that his HR would contact me to set up a vc chat. That was ard 10 days ago.

However, I have not heard anything from HR. Am I in negative situation or should I just wait and prepare for fit interview with HR? :(
