Most Helpful

Here's a random list that is a bit more tangible than just a vibe or weird social treatment. I've never experienced this but just rattling off ideas:

  • Receiving poor staffings
  • Seeing interesting staffings / attractive deals get assigned to other peers
  • Being actively removed from attractive deals and/or additional peer-level resources added to augment
  • Limited mentorship/lunches/outreach and/or vague feedback (because they don't want to be the one to tell you that it isn't working)
  • Limited discussion of your progression / next role at the firm / opacity on timeline (further confirmed if peers/cohort seem to have more clarity or defined path)
