Have heard of them and know they're pretty well regarded, but there's not much on them on this site. Can anyone answer the following: What does comp generally look like compared to the traditional large buyout funds (bx, etc.)? What's general work life balance relative to other funds? Are they straight direct lending or what does their typical investment process look like?
