Received a summer offer for a lower MM PE firm (aum 900 mil). Really forthcoming people and want to see me do well, is I-Banking recruiting even worth it if I can start off an analyst out of college on the buy side?
I care about compensation to a certain degree but, at the end, if everything will be generally same by age 30-35 then I don’t see why compensation should even matter
