Southeast Asia PE Recruiting
I am currently a first year IB analyst at a BB in New York and am keen on doing PE in SEA given the region's prospects and family connections.
Does anyone have advice on how to recruit for junior PE positions in SEA? Should I be contacting headhunters/cold emailing junior members of these funds? Not sure what a good first step is. Interested in both SEA arms of megafunds and strong domestic players (Affinity, Navis etc.)
