Started weak - how do I turn it around?
Didn’t perform the best out the gate. At a MF, now around 3 months in. Wondering if anyone has tips on how they managed getting up from a weak start?
I know first impressions are tough to shake off but keen on tips anyone has to improve / change an impression.
What went wrong / what do you think you could have done better? Hard to give advice without additional context

It's been only 3 months so you are probably overthinking it. Just relax and put the time and effort to get things done and eventually everything will be okay. Sometimes having a positive mindset is the best solution.
