What does this mean?
Culture seems great - everyone I talked to at the firm recently seemed to love it. A big plus is the two offices are located in Atlanta (Buckhead) and Austin; the Southeast and South is where the industry has been going towards for a variety of reasons. The firm is a differentiated investor and there has been a visible acceleration of expansion at the companies.

It's a run of the mill family office, one of dozens with no notable edge or differentiation. Maybe a good jumping off point after spending a year there IF you have no other options coming out of a below MM IB and are interested in business services/industrials, but if you're actually an ASO2 in PE they shouldn't even take up space on your radar.
