If you want to be in Cleveland for PE they’re a great place to be. Comp is below what you’ll see elsewhere but makes sense for LCOL Cleveland.
Microcap fund is their bread and butter.
FWIW had an interview with the BizDev head for SA and it left me not wanting to continue the process, seemed uninterested, confrontational and very unhappy/not wanting to talk to me. Ended up signing a $20bn+ AUM DL/Private Credit offer.

They did a fantastic job on Tate's Bake Shop - that thing is everywhere now. They also made an absolute killing selling Arcos to Vista. If those deals are any indication of the micro-cap fund's performance, what a great place.
