Too Soon to Ask for a Raise?

I moved over to current firm (MM PE) approximately 1 year ago as an associate. I got stellar YE reviews and full bonus and feel my performance has been very strong and it's a small firm without lots of hierarchy / structure but lots of AUM for a small headcount. Currently at $130k base + 50% bonus, and really want to be in the $225 - 250 all in range. Is it too soon to ask for a raise or should I wait until the end of the year?
