Top Firms with Partner Track? (No b-school)

Hi guys, wanted to get a sense of firms that have a partner track set in place for associates coming in post banking that have good culture, are considered top-notch and have great pay? I know firms like Apollo (sounds like you have to sell your soul to work/flourish there), Silver Lake and occasionally KKR promote from within without a need to go to b-school but wanted to get a sense of any other names in the space that are known to have a partner-track in place without the need to head off to b-school. Don’t want this to become a ranking kind of thread, generally just want to see if there are any new funds out there that I might have not heard of yet and think it would also be useful for the rest of the monkeys on the site to get a sense of some more long-term oriented seats that are out there.

Primarily trying to get a sense more-so of firms that are MM or up (likely leaning more towards the UMM side of the spectrum if possible) and in NY

As far as MFs go, Vista stands out to me for strong internal promotions. From their website it looks like a ton of people started as analysts or associates and have made it up the ranks. For UMM, I've heard GTCR moves people up consistently, though bschool is often a requirement

Leonard Green seems to have a few straight promotes.  Most European Megafunds don't appear to require b school (CVC, EQT, Permira). Carlyle promotes. I have seen crazy profiles of 3-4 year partner promotions at American industrial partners.

I think it's almost the exception to the rule these days to have to go to b school and probably exceptions to that rule as well if you are good enough.
