Undergrad Upcoming PE Superday
I have been invited to a superday with a relatively new PE/investment holding company spun-off and backed by a BB. The firm has an "illiquid and self-directed investment portfolio of a well-capitalized insurance company with $30 billion of AUM. Transactions include private equity, private debt and venture capital investments across all industries and sub-sectors."
There is very little information available online about the firm in general, and I was hoping someone can help me prioritize my game plan to prepare. Seems like an excellent opportunity. I would like to become well-versed on some of their recent deals, but after a number of searches I have not been able to find much – any advice?
