Would not join...their latest fund in 2022 came in under target (EUR 5bn vs. 8.5bn) and have heard that their portco performance has not been great, team turnover is extremely high.
Another example of a declining fund that may disappear like Onex, American Securities, Ares, Marlin etc.
They actually raised ~$7bn. Still meaningfully under target, but essentially stayed flat from their 10th fund.
