Based on previous WSO threads, Vista Equity Partners typically follows a structured and systematic recruitment process. For their Summer Analyst (SA) programs, the timeline often includes an initial application phase, followed by assessments like the CCAT (Cognitive Aptitude Test) and personality tests, which are highly influential in their selection process.
If applications rolled out around December 15, it’s possible that they are still in the review phase or preparing to send out assessment links. Historically, candidates have been given about five days to complete these assessments after receiving the link. Following this, interviews (phone and virtual) are scheduled, leading up to a superday with multiple interviews.
