Vista Equity PE Associate 1 Comp?
Does anyone know what Vista Equity Partners currently pays first year PE Associates (or what is listed in offer letters for Associate positions for summer 2023 starts)? This is for the buyout team, not credit or public equity. Trying to get a sense of the current comp. Thanks!
Bump. Does anyone know analyst comp either?
A bit over 200k
So you only make ~60k more pre tax from an1 to aso1? Or is the 140 + 160 + phantom carry real aso1 comp?
Please can this thread not become about Vista Analyst comp. Make a separate thread
All in is approx 250k before relocation/signing. If you count that ballpark 275 depending on personal performance and fund performance.
Thought this would be higher to be honest?
Their comp is pretty trash although Austin is considerably cheaper than NYC, SF, Boston, LA, etc.
wow thats incredibly low
This is less than first year analyst TC at my IB..
I'm sorry your bank pays 1st year analysts 250k?? Which bank is this? Can I work for you
Can confirm is accurate, idk why you guys are giving him MS
Deadass, sorry to be honest fellas….that’s what they told me during on cycle. Don’t shoot the messenger lol
Aso 1 is 140+160+phantom carry
Did you receive an offer?
youre just parroting what you heard on the other wso post. Truth is, just like how the tiger cubs are all down 50%, highly levered tech funds are fucked. Historical comp doesn't mean much now anyway.
