Currently at a small shop with less than five associates and one VP. One of the associates can generally run with deals on their own and one just recently joined. We have significant deal flow/diligences so everyone is run fairly thin. Was curious how VP staffing on deals usually works for other LMM/MM PE shops. Thanks all
