VP/Post-MBA Recruiting Cuts?

There’s plenty of chatter on here about model test / super day cuts for banking analysts doing on cycle for PE, but how many candidates would y’all estimate make it to the case study and in-person super day stages, respectively, for VP / post-MBA recruiting?

My impression is that R1 cuts for experienced positions are overall more severe (and interview selections as a whole), as it's easier to know if someone's background fits exactly what you're looking for. Also unfortunately many times it doesn't have to be correlated to interview "performance" -- for example, say they wanted someone with "a bit more experience," you could've had a great interview conversation but they just want someone with another year and there's nothing you can do about it.

But yeah I typically hear a small handful get a case at maximum, especially if there's a presentation component.
