What am I doing wrong

Analyst at an EB known for good PE placement and I'm just not getting interviews. Had one first round with a MF and that was it. A lot of other analysts are getting stuff for MM next week (told all HHs that I want MM) but I'm getting nothing. I went to an Ivy and had a decent but not spectacular GPA so I'm not sure what's going wrong.

Is it worth contacting the HHs again at this point? It feels like most places have extended interviews or are done.
