What are standard benefits in PE?
This is honestly a tertiary concern but interested in seeing what people have. I was talking to some friends at other funds and it was interesting to see how much things varied, specifically around healthcare and expensing meals. I always thought fully paid healthcare + free food was standard in PE but apparently not? My firm ($2Bn AUM) has the following:

No set vacation days (people just take what they want / need. Maybe 1 1-2 week vacation, a couple random Fridays off, and a lot of time around the holidays)
