Hi, I'm really interested in PE rollups. I know that Platinum Equity rolled up HTA , ATS and EPC to form Verra Mobility and IPOd them under VRRM. Apollo just took Private Shutterfly which owns Sanpfish which owns Cafe Press to roll up the fragmented photo/gift market. They will likely IPO in 3-4 yers under another name and make bank. I was wondering if there are specific buy-out firms that would be good for me to take a look at as a Senior in college with an FT IB offer once I graduate.
