What deal-related questions would you ask someone who worked in Leveraged Finance?
I have a prviate credit interview coming up. I work in leveraged finance at a MM bank. Only have one left lead txn under my belt. Was a financing for a public to public M&A transaction. Would be great if people could drop some questions they would ask / I should expect in the interview.
