What do you tell yourself when you want to quit your job

That's it, when you feel like you've had enough, how do you see it through? Admire people that stay places for a long time. Don't understand how they don't have those thoughts

If it's really that bad start looking to lateral.

I didn't tell myself anything. I was so fed up I just quit on the spot and walked out the office without anything lined up never even came back to even return my tech / badge and stuff or say goodbye to anyone (horrible idea I know). 

Now in strategy working 35-45 hours a week and all in comp of $260k. Life works itself out brother.
