If it's really that bad start looking to lateral.
I didn't tell myself anything. I was so fed up I just quit on the spot and walked out the office without anything lined up never even came back to even return my tech / badge and stuff or say goodbye to anyone (horrible idea I know).
Now in strategy working 35-45 hours a week and all in comp of $260k. Life works itself out brother.

Would you say corp strat hours are reliable/predictable? Looking at Competitive Intelligence as a potential exit op but have doubts to exiting to a corp.
