Colleague used to work there, seems decent culture wise. From what I know around market comp but not top end. Co-President / Head of Industrials left firm last yr (believe it was succession related). Founder still runs the show it seems. Few VPs left recently as well.

Low DPI in legacy funds have hindered fundraising efforts. They are in the market with a CV so clearly trying to generate some liquidity.
