When to remove GPA from resume?
How far along in your career is it appropriate to remove your GPA from your resume?
Asking specifically about moving between PE firms after 2-3 years of experience (so ~5-6 years after undergrad), or perhaps when applying post-MBA?
Thanks
After your first job, regardless of tenor. Only exception being first job seek post-MBA. No one cares - and in the rare case one does, they'll just ask.
Pretty on point. Baritones should keep it for a couple years after their first job. Automatic ding otherwise.
GoldenCinderblock take notes. This may be the most well-crafted joke I have ever heard in my life. Subtle, funny, and roast-worthy. Keep up the excellent work.
The higher it is, the longer you keep it in of course.
Just like intercourse
Keep it as long as possible. Basing on my experience, it can be valuable for some companies, even if they don't mention it in job vacancy text.
I'm going to try my luck at lateraling without. Let you know how it goes.
You think they're going to want it at VP level? Yikes
