When to respond to headhunters given new timeline
Hello forum,
I am getting HH emails quite frequently now and I am still in incoming analyst training. That being said, should I respond to these people or should I wait till I have deal experience? I have seen that I essentially have to leave my HH profile empty for half of it given I just don’t have any experience.
What are you all doing? Just going through it and leaving things blank or ???
I don’t want to miss out on opportunities that will be arising but also don’t want to interview and make a fool of myself in front of HHs.
