When to worry about performance? Horrible 2 weeks with my Partner
I recently joined a new firm and am approaching the 6 month mark.
The first 120 days weren’t without hardship but went well.
The last 3 weeks have been an absolute shit show. I have barely slept or had anytime to do anything but work. Multiple balls have been dropped due to the stress and sleep deprivation. We’re at the finish line with our major deliverables - nothing is delayed but I’m legitimately concerned about my tenure with the firm.
Does anyone have any advice or experience with fucking up rebounding?
