Why aren't there more women in PE?
Why don't more women go to PE roles after their IB stint? I noticed there are fewer women than men in analyst classes generally, around 40% I would say, but when you check professionals on the PE webpages there are about a handful of women.
Would appreciate any insight on this..
I heard that women tend to go for corporate developments or other areas where they require much less hours after their IB (family, marriage, kids, and other things could be their reason).
