Winter/Spring/Summer experiences for new grads?

Been getting some emails recently about winter visit programs / crash courses from buyside firms. The winter visits are usually held during the last week of winter break, and crash courses (e.g., Grata Scholars) are typically virtual. 

I was at a BB in NYC this summer and did pretty well, hoping to move over to buyside eventually, and wondering if any of these types of programs are worthwhile or if any has programs to reccomend.
