Comp for Director of Development as a regional point person
Went through a few threads but nothing concrete.
If you were a regional representative for a national developer helping with execution and new deal development in the SE, what is market compensation going into 2022?
Obviously multi-tiered:
-Salary
-Bonus
-Promote
What would those be for a director/ maybe MD? Anyone has experience or have friends?
