First Superday Tips?

I have a superday coming up with a developer. I had a behavioral and technical before this. How does the structure usually work? Should I be prepared for technical math problems or odds are it's mostly to see if they like me?

Both. You never really know because every team is different. Usually very senior level (MD, C suite, etc) will be more high level, and junior level (analyst/associate) MOST of the time is pretty chill because they have limited say and are in a similar position to you so there is more to relate to. Hard to say with the middle level (vp, etc) though.

Hard to say as every firm is different. Be prepared for technicals, know you might not get them all right, but make sure you’re explaining your thought process throughly. Have a few situations you can reference for behavioral questions, it’s best to have 3-5 you can spin multiple ways. Be ready to walk through your resume. Have a solid reason as to why you’re interested in the industry, firm, asset class, and specific role. Come prepared with good questions, think capital markets, why they chose the asset class / firm etc (helps set you up for the more senior team member conversations). Another tip is to ask a lot of questions about the interviewer because people love to talk about themselves. Most importantly sound interested and don’t be nervous, they’re trying to see if you’d be a good culture fit so go into it like a conversation not a rehearsed speech, but don’t be too informal. Good luck.
