Interview Case Study (Office)

I have a timed case study of about 2 hours coming up focused on office. I’ll be provided with an Argus cash flow in an excel format.

Does anyone know what to expect in terms of questions that will be needed to answered and what I should brushen up on?

Depends on what kind of shop and level you’re interviewing for

Ie: developer, lender? Acquisitions?

Associate? Analyst?

Need more detail

I'd think it's just a "What would you pay for this?" kind of a thing based on the Argus file but for a Director level, I'd assume they want less modeling and more of a thoughtful response but who knows.

What type of company is this?

Just out of curiosity how big is this company?

Director doing a case study is extremely odd….

Titles most likely inflated. I’m guessing OP doesn’t actually have director level experience hence the modelling test.

Correct me if I’m wrong op.

Update: Appreciate everyone's insight. My interview was scheduled for 1-hour however it extended to 1.5hrs (was surprised when I noticed that). HR mainly asked behavior's questions related to leadership given I'll have two direct reports. The partner asked about my experience and technical mostly. Came out feeling positive and it was more of a conversation then questions.

Subsequent to the interview I thanked the Partner I'll be reporting into (met him for the second interview). He mentioned he'll circle up with the team that interviewed me and how he's out of office until Thursday. He also mentioned he has a couple of other discussions later this week and early next week and he'll catch up with me early next week.

Anyone want to guess how this may have went?

Would just sit tight and relax. Nothing you can do now but hope for the best.
