$320k is really solid. $535k is absurd.
Negotiate it anyhow just to show you aren't a pushover and then accept.
Agree, $535k cash comp with 6 years is insane right now, particularly given the state of the market
What is the profile of the company? It’s definitely the higher end of market but not outlandish for MFs or HFs.
Looking for an Sr. Associate / AVP? That’s like $200K higher than VPs make at my firm, albeit we’re an owner/operator in a slightly lower COL market.
