Rubenstein Partners Info
Does anybody have any info on working at Rubenstein Partners in Philly? From what I can tell they seem like a solid office REPE shop but also seems like a sweatshop as well.

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
Also curious
Have heard bad things in terms of culture (same as every NY family office) but they definitely do some solid deals.
Good shop full of smart people. Really know what they're doing when it comes to office. They run lean so you will work hard. Good reputation and building out their fund platform with their newer debt fund.
I believe they primarily focus on value-add office.
Echo the above when it comes to having really smart people and running a smaller shop but had no idea they had a sweatshop culture. Could someone expand here?
they work long hours, that's all i know
