BCG Intern, do I have a shot at BB?
I am actively looking for a full-time job in management consulting and finance for this semester.
One thing that I am concerned is that I do no have any investment banking internship experience. My internship at Standard Chartered was more based on economic research.
Can you please give me some constructive feedback on my resume? I appreciate your comments.
Get rid of the self-financed education bit, and don't put in the / in 'month/year.' Monet year, e.g. November 2012, is perfectly fine. Either expand on the Morningstar and Powerhouse stuff, or take it off; they don't really do anything for you right now. Being a 'member' of any club does is not a meritorious thing, and does not need four lines of your resume. Excel and Power Point are not languages; don't put any of the MS Office stuff on your resume. Don't list fluent in English, unless you're applying to foreign companies. Instead, I'd do this:
Langauges: Fluent in Korean Skills; [anything besides MS Office] Activities: Investment Club, etc
Please don't put in the patent from almost a decade ago; it's not impressive.
Did you monetize the patent? Is that your real name? If so, take it down and repost.

Since you need a ~4.00 juco GPA to transfer into UCLA/Berkeley, a 3.52 combined GPA means you must have gotten some pretty terrible grades last year. How did you let that happen?
Typo in the last line.
I think including patent is fine. There's a lot of quirky shit that makes it into interests and activities sections, and as long as it doesn't make you seem weird it makes for good chat material in the fit portion of the interview.
Our estimate of your chances doesn't really matter. Just go for it.
You don't need a 4.0 to get into Berkeley Econ, it's more like a 3.7ish from california community college and less if you come from a targeted demographic. I'm assuming OP's GPA is like a 3.2ish at Berkeley but wanted to include the CC GPA in order to get above a 3.5. However, I've heard on this site that bankers hate cc college applicants and that your better off just putting Berkeley under education since some people think that transferring is a backdoor into the school. Otherwise, OP's resume is actually very solid considering how much harder it is to get relevant experience from a community college background (unless you have connections).
How was revenue at your company at a deficit?
You published a patent "on June 2003"?
IN June 2003
you have a shot if you continue to use your korean connections. LoL!
