Give this Resume and Cover Letter Your Toughest

I need your help and any advice you may have to offer. Please do NOT hold back! I have had several friends look this over but I am turning to you all now. I am trying to get into Trading and will be graduating in December. I attached my cover letter and resume. My cum. GPA is low (2.7) because I didn't do well my first few semesters and is why I switched from CrimJ to Econ. I left it off but do you think I should explain this in my cover letter? I am doing much better in Econ but the damage was done. Thank you for all your help!

Too much going on, and the GPA is going to destroy your chances for any FO position. I would obviously leave it off, but my firm (It's a Bulge Bracket) automatically throws out any resume without a GPA listed. The best thing you have going for you is the fact you're an eagle scout. I would say it's going to be tough with the economy and the fact you have no prior internships.

thanks for your help. I am really kicking myself over my GPA.
