Please tear this apart!
I am interested in Asset Management, specifically I would like to get a position as a portfolio analyst or investment analyst when I graduate. I know this is a crappy resume, so help me fix it!

Biggest thing? I wanted to stop reading it after the first few lines. Nothing in your resume tells me anything about you or what sets you apart.
I understand resumes aren't supposed to be exciting pieces of literature that keep you at the edge of your seat, but they should get some of your personality across.
Also - I don't think anyone cares what you did for your podunk business fraternity.
(Disclaimer: I'm still an intern myself, but I tried to be critical)
^ a little harsh bro. if she held a leadership position at that fraternity, she should put it on her resume, it shows she got involved on campus. and honestly the resume isn't bad. maybe improve/expand the bullets under work experience, and if you have to cut down on the bullets under leadership
Thank you for the harsh criticism! Based on the format most people suggest to use I'm not exactly sure how to add my own personality to my resume without making it seem less formal.
How about an interests section
I took it off mainly b/c I didnt enough room, what would I take off so I have enough space?
Get rid of the multiple lines for your leadership experiences. The interest sections is easily one of the most underrated parts of your resume.
But don't fill it with crap like: "Photography, running, kayaking"
Again, this is straight filler. It tells me NOTHING about you.
Instead, make it more experience based. That is,
"Photographed x at y, and was published in z" and
"Have run marathons in x amount of countries" or
"kayaked down the x river at y"
Now, if you aren't interesting at all, then don't make shit up. Try to spin even the most boring hobbies into a talking point.
It's been said multiple times, but having an excellent GPA and great work experience gets the readers attention. Having experience that makes you seem like an actual person gets you the interview.

Times New Roman 9? You are better than that.
Reduce the Relevant Coursework to one line. Add past tense to everything you aren't currently working on.
Try to go more indepth about your internship experiences.
And for the love of god, please increase your font size.
You don't have to break format, but you have to try and get yourself on that piece of paper.
I read a lot of resume due to my on campus job, and I can tell you that a great resume paints a picture of the person well. A not so great one doesn't feel genuine. Sure, it tells me what you did at your internship, but it doesn't tell me what kind of value you brought to each position.
Also, I commented on the business fraternity because it seemed like a filler.
• Taught potential Alpha Kappa Psi members the history and values of the fraternity • Supported the Big Brother program within the fraternity to match pledges with active members with similar interests • Planned events for pledges to learn more about the fraternity and active members
These things aren't relevant to your AMG position. I would consolidate this down to one or two lines at max. This will show you held leadership, but won't weigh your resume down.
