One of my friends at MSREI recommended having a standard resume, then another document "Selected Transaction Experience" or something along those lines. Basically have your resume but have the experience sheet outlining a few deals you worked on as a separate page during interviews. seems to be the best way to have an easy to follow resume + be able to reference deals you worked on
Yes. You need the details. You’re trying to sell yourself, I don’t understand why you’re withholding information about the “product” to the buyer? It can only help to provide transaction details, if done right.

I'd personally use the IB to PE template from M-I if you're trying to move into a buyside role . I moved from a sell side to buy side in RE and had good responses from my resume submissions / applications. It's a good way to show in concrete detail that your skills are transferable and match the requirements of the job description.

Yes. Anything relevant to finance, include. These questions . . .
i was just slightly concerned because its REPE, not IB. I don't want to give people an impression that I am not focused enough? So what if interviewers asked me "are you interested in REPE too?", then I would completely be speechless.
It is a winternship. It is not defining. Yes, when you accept a role in real estate IBD after graduating, you're pigeonholing yourself a bit. You have two internships and need to demonstrate some interest in finance. Taking something 1 month that isn't precisely where you want to be long-term but that's closer than what you've had in the past can only help you.
